(1) Be cautious about submitting your Email address online. You can use a free Email address, that you get from say, Yahoo or Hotmail, to fill out forms.

(2) In your Email program, it's possible to create folders which filter out Email by words in the Subject line. Please refer to your Email program Help section for instructions for creating folders to filter Email you don't want to read.
