• How much does your family Internet access cost?
  A basic family or individual package starts at only $22.50 per month.

• What hardware/software do I need to use your service?
  Any recent Windows or Macintosh computer, a modem, and a browser and an Email program; such as, Microsoft Explorer, Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator, Netscape Messenger, etc.

• What do I need to do to get setup on my computer for an Internet connection?
  There are three things you need to setup: Your dial-up connection, your proxy or filter settings in the browser, and your email program settings. All these instructions are in our Support Section.

• What speeds do you offer for internet access?
  We have options including analog dial-ups (up to 56k), ISDN (64k or 128k), as well as Frame Relay/T1.

• What is special about your service?
  GloryWorks offers web access with special filtering software that block undesired Internet web sites such as pornography, extremely violent sites, and illegal sites.  This feature is ideal for families and business that desire a level of safety and peace of mind while browsing the Internet.

• What sets GloryWorks apart from other Internet Service Providers?
  The other thing that sets GloryWorks apart from other internet service providers is our charitable works that return a portion of our revenue back into the community and our special projects that contribute to our community and beyond.
  
  We also have good tech support. Unlike a lot of big companies where you get lost in the shuffle, at Gloryworks, you can reach a real, live, knowledgeable person to help you.

• How do I get credit for your referral program?
  For you to get credit for our referral program all you need to do is to have the person you referred mention your Name and/or username for our system, and you will get credit. Right now, we are giving $22.50 credit for each person you refer and signs up with us.

• If we sign up with GloryWorks, can I still have instant message like AOL?
  Yes.  Instant Messaging is not exclusive to AOL members only.  If you sign up for a GloryWorks account, you can still have Instant Messenger.

• How do I make payments?
  Users are billed at the start of each 3 month interval from initial startup.  Also, there is a *12 month/yearly payment discount -- the 12th month is free!  We also accept credit card payments (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express) as well as personal/business checks.

• Are there any restrictions when using the GloryWorks service?
  All users of the GloryWorks service must abide by the GloryWorks Service Agreement. This Agreement provides the obligations and rules for you (as a subscriber) and for GloryWorks. New members are asked to explicitly accept this agreement by clicking the "Accept" button (coming soon) in the agreement page. Use of the GloryWorks service also implies the user accepts this agreement. Users will be notified of substantial changes to this agreement.
